We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello.palacedesign@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
